Low impact. High intensity. No cardio.
Long duration isometric exploration at the barre and on the mat.
Full body sculpting for increased strength and stability.

Focused conditioning standing and on the mat.

Move at your own tempo; focus on form over reps.
Can be higher or lower impact; both options given.
