    This class has it all.

    Barre. Arms with weights. Cardio. Mat work. Core. Stretch.

    Your one stop shop for a well rounded, full body workout.

    Barre Sculpt

    Low impact. High intensity. No cardio.

    Long duration isometric exploration at the barre and on the mat.

    Full body sculpting for increased strength and stability.

    Barre + Stretch

    Low impact. 2/3 work, 1/3 stretch.

    Focused conditioning standing and on the mat.

    Targeted core work and a gloriously long stretch with chill beats.

    Circuit style intervals of more traditional strength training moves with heavier weights.

    Move at your own tempo; focus on form over reps.

    Can be higher or lower impact; both options given.
