Embrace the journey to motherhood with our Move Prenatal Barre fitness class. Designed specifically for expecting mothers in all trimesters, this 4-week series is your opportunity to connect with your body, nurture your wellbeing and prepare for the beautiful transition ahead.

Led by our certified prenatal fitness instructor, Move Prenatal Barre combines elements of traditional barre exercises with modifications tailored to support and strengthen your changing body throughout all trimesters of pregnancy. Through gentle yet effective movements, you’ll improve flexibility, enhance posture, and build the essential muscle groups to ease the physical demands of pregnancy and childbirth.

More than just a barre workout, this class fosters a supportive community where you can share your experiences, gain some valuable insights, and find encouragement among fellow expectant mothers. Each registered session is thoughtfully curated to accommodate varying levels of fitness and stages of pregnancy, ensuring a safe and inclusive class environment for all participants.
