Move with Baby - Mom and Baby Fitness Classes in Calgary
Your destination for twice weekly mom and baby fitness classes in Calgary, where you and your baby barre together. Whether you're wearing your baby in a carrier or they're by your side on a Pilates mat, this mom and baby barre fitness class offers a wonderful opportunity for you to step out, strengthen your bond, and stay active. Toddler siblings are welcome too!
Mom and Baby Fitness Classes
Experience barre fitness with your baby while you are wearing them in their carrier or they are on the Pilates mat next to you. Toddler siblings are welcome too, as long as they stay with their guardian at all times.
Tuesday mornings 10:45am-11:35am
Thursday afternoons 1:15pm-2:05pm
It is recommended that your baby is at least 6 weeks old and that you have been cleared for physical activity by your Doctor.
Please note that these speciality mom and baby fitness classes are separate from the regular class schedule and have their own Move with Baby passes. You can buy single drop-in passes, or save on each class by buying 5 or 10 passes.
*Must bring your own carrier. Wear grip socks or clean indoor shoes.
